The SaunaLife E7 is constructed from Thermally Modified Nordic Spruce, a process that uses heat and steam to enhance the wood’s stability and decay resistance without the use of chemicals. This modification allows the wood to last significantly longer than traditional cedar. Inside, the sauna features Satin-Smooth Thermo-Aspen benches and backrests. Aspen’s low heat conductivity ensures that the seating remains cool and comfortable to the touch, while its knot-free, ergonomic design provides superior support for long sessions.

As part of the ERGO-series, the E7 emphasizes bather comfort.
